These Cheddar curds have been freshly made using raw A2 milk from our unique herd of 100% grass and pasture-fed cows. This un-pressed Cheddar is a Canadian speciality - carefully crafted into chip shapes; super soft and luxuriantly smooth. Try tossing it onto salads, or your favourite dish to make a warming melted topping - sensationally stretchy too! - Naturally cultured - The only additions are Celtic Salt and rennet - Natural organic animal rennet only (the vegetarian rennets tend to be lab made & often GM)
